Exhibiting at the London Gaming Market

On Sunday 3rd April we headed out to London Gaming Market, held at the Royal National Hotel in Bloomsbury. This event celebrates board games, card games and retro computer games. It runs every few months, and is a fantastic opportunity to pick up a few board games, brand new or established favourites, at bargain prices. For us it was a great opportunity to get some feedback on the game, meet some people in the industry and play some Common Decency! When we weren't at our own stall, we wondered around the venue and chatted to a few of the other exhibitors. The lovely people at Yay Games have been through the process of launching very popular games quite a few times, and provided all sorts of helpful advice. In the stall next to us was David Hockley, who launched his murder mystery card game on Kickstarter, Dead Cert, that morning. It was very impressive to watch his campaign steadily climb towards its target over the course of the day. At the time of writing he's already smashed his target and has 27 days of the campaign left to run!

We greatly enjoyed meeting all sorts of gamers over the course of the day. Thanks to everyone who attended, and double thanks to everyone who left with their own copy of Common Decency!
